Derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences, Qigong is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy. Wudang Hun Yuan (Primordial) Qigong is a spiritual form of Qi Gong that was developed by Zhang San-Feng, the creator of the original Tai Chi 13 movements.

The movements are based on the tradition of Inner Alchemy of cultivating the five elements and transmuting of the Three Treasures: Jing (essence), Qi (vital energy), and Shen (spirit). The practice of this form cultivates balance and inner harmony and assists the practitioner in improving health, achieving longevity through diligent practice and returning to a state of "wuji" (ultimate non-being).

Master Tseng was trained from the age of six at Wu dang Mountain, becoming one of the youngest Masters.
