Gong

Gong is to practice or make work.

Jing

Jing, is defined as essence and is one of the Three Treasures of the body. It includes the fluids of the body such as tears, sweat, saliva, and semen.

Qi

Qi, pronounced chee, is essential energy.

Shen

Shen, is translated as spirit. Spirit or Shen is one of the Three Treasures of the body.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi literally translates as "Supreme Ultimate". Tai Chi is sometimes referred to as an assembly of movements and is characterized by a series of movements that flow from one into the next, creating a complete form.
