Colleen has worked in the fitness industry for the past 23 years as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
She also is an E-RYT Yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, teaching for the past 8 years.
Mind, Body, and Spirit working together to make one whole is a philosophy she follows. Taking the knowledge gained from years of teaching experience, enhanced by studies in External Qi Healing and Qi Gong with Master Tseng, have helped her develop a balanced approach for clients to further grow into harmony with their physical health and all around wellness.
