Lian Gong 18 Movements Qi Gong: Lian Gong 18 Movements is a series of ancient Chinese movement which apply Qi Gong methods of mind and breath to prevent and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck and legs. They include gentle techniques of stretching, tightening and then relaxing the muscles. The movements not only increase range of motion, improve balance and muscular strength but also improve Qi flow, open the meridian channels, and help to develop internal power. The complete set of movements takes as little as 20 minutes and can be performed anywhere to provide great health benefits. Master Chen will also teach a meditation for bones, tendons and ligaments which complements these movements.
