Wu Dang Tai Chi Intensive

For Tai Chi practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the internal martial arts.  Master Yun Xiang Tsenf ("Chen"), a direct lineage holder, will teach the coveted and sacred Original Wu Dang 13 Postures Tai Chi Form.  This is the first generation of Wu Dang Tai Chi style created by Zhang San Feng, the assembler of Tai Chi and creator of Wu Dang Tai Chi.  This style combines ancient Qi Gong, martial arts, Dao Yin and internal alchemy practices.  It is one of the forms that has only been practiced by Taoist priests in the temple for more than six hundred years.  Master Chen is 14th generation of the Wu Dang San Feng branch. 

You will also learn the Wu Dang Tai Chi 52 Movement form along with meditation, push hands, supporting exercises, internal energetic flow, history and lineage.

Beginners are welcome although some Tai Chi experience is highly recommended.

About Master Chen

Known as "Chen", Yun Xiang Tseng was trained from the age of six at the sacred Wu Dang Mountain in China.  Wu Dang Mountain is legendary for its Tai Chi, Kung Fu, healing traditions and spiritual practices.  It is considered the most sacred Taoist mountain and the birthplace of internal martial arts.  Master Chen is a 25th generation lineage Quan Zhen Pai (Complete Reality Sect) and a 14th generation lineage Wu Dang San Feng Pai.  As an ordained Taoist priest, he is an unusually gifted teacher of this ancient tradition.  Chen's mastery of English and his humorous delivery have made his teaching both accessible and profound.
