Embrace the Tao: Breakthrough the World of Emotions

Join Wu Dang Taoist Priest Yun Xiang Tseng (Master Chen) on a journey to self discovery.  In Classical Chinese Medicine, emotions are called the “six thieves” because they rob you of your health.  Learn real techniques to detach from the world of emotions and stress.  Master Chen will instruct participants in how to heal deep seated emotional wounds, life trauma and family stress.  These time-tested Taoist philosophies can assist anyone in improving their life, family dynamics, relationships and work environment.  Learn to detach from the world of emotions and create a new reality of happiness and joy. Master Chen has a saying, “The beautiful lotus flower blooms from the mud, learn to appreciate the flower and respect the mud.”  Meditation techniques may be presented if time allows.      

 

 

Wu Dang Walking Crane Chi Kung

Walking Crane Chi Kung is a rare internal alchemy practice created by a Taoist priest from Wu Dang Mountain about 500 years ago.  It is a series of movements developed to regulate the body, mind and breath.  This chi kung form is for improving chi flow, opening the meridians, circulating blood and generating internal power.  It can help nourish the Three Treasures of life – vitality (jing), energy (chi) and spirit (shen).  Master Chen will discuss internal chi movement and cultivation for health applications.  The form also helps strengthen the immune system, develop lower leg strength, improver inner balance, transform emotions and develop internal power.

Daily emotional stress and negative thoughts are the root of internal disharmony and prevent us from achieving our dreams.  Applying ancient wisdom and techniques, Wu Dang Taoist Priest Yun Xiang Tseng, has guided thousands of people to transcend ordinary behavioral patterns and learn how to achieve the successful life they deserve.  The “Master Within” workshop introduces the participant to Taoist philosophy - a new way to interpret life.  This life philosophy allows you to open your heart and connect to your own personal Master Within.  Learn to reach beyond ordinary human experience and become extraordinary.  Along with life philosophy, you will learn how chi kung and meditation techniques are integral to support your physical and spiritual development. 

 

In this workshop, you will be guided through a three-dimensional crossover of time and space into a happy and healthy nurturing environment.  The class will guide you to:

Wu Dang Taoist Meditation: Cultivating an Enlightened Mind

Wu Dang Mountain has a history of meditation practices spanning over two thousand years.  Taoist philosophy focuses on meditation practices to cultivate a calm heart, healthy body and still mind.  Through a calm heart, one can finally know their authentic self and live a balanced life, managing the stresses of the world.  Meditation forms the basic foundation of internal healing for martial arts, tai chi and life happiness.  Most Americans are not familiar with the many stages of growth and techniques for proper meditation practices. 

Learn simple, time tested meditation practices from an authentic meditation master. 

This class is suitable for both beginners and those with meditation experience.  People from all spiritual traditions can benefit from many of the techniques discussed.

About Master Chen

Known as “Chen”, Yun Xiang Tseng was trained from the age of six at the sacred Wu Dang Mountain in China .  Wu Dang Mountain is legendary for its tai chi, kung fu, healing traditions and spiritual practices.  It is considered the most sacred Taoist mountain and the birthplace of internal martial arts.  Master Chen is a 24th generation lineage Quan Zhen Pai (Complete Reality Sect) and 15th generation lineage Wu Dang San Feng Pai.  As an ordained Taoist priest, he is an unusually gifted teacher of this ancient tradition.  Chen’s mastery of English and his humorous delivery have made his teaching both accessible and profound.

 

Om Center

Classes will be held at the Om Center in Omaha Nebraska at the downtown Old Market area.  There are numerous lodging, shopping, entertainment and dining areas within walking distance.
